Gathering Together. Success. The king approaches his temple. It is advantageous to see the great man. This brings success. Perseverance is advantageous.
The Image
The lake is above the earth: the image of Gathering Together. Thus the noble man renews his weapons to face the unforeseen.
Meaning
Reunion, convergence, gathering. Forces concentrate. The time is propitious for great assemblies and collective projects.
The six lines
Line 1 (bottom)
If you are sincere, but not to the end, there will be now confusion, now gathering. If you call, after a handshake one can laugh again. Do not grieve. Going forth is without blame.
Line 2
To be drawn along brings good fortune and remains without blame. If one is sincere, it is advantageous to bring even a small offering.
Line 3
Gathering among sighs. Nothing advantageous. Going forth is without blame. Slight humiliation.
Line 4
Great good fortune. No blame.
Line 5
If in the gathering one has a position, it is not a blame. If some are not yet sincerely in the work, a sublime and lasting perseverance is necessary. Then repentance disappears.
Line 6 (top)
Lamenting and shedding tears. No blame.
