The Image
The wind blows over the water: The image of Dispersion. Thus the ancient kings offered sacrifices to the Lord and built temples.
Meaning
Dispersion, dissolution of rigidities. That which was frozen dissolves. The moment is propitious for overcoming egoism and regaining unity.

He brings help with the strength of a horse. Good fortune.

At the moment of dispersion, he hastens to that which supports him. Remorse vanishes.
Line 3
He dissolves his ego. No remorse.
Line 4
He disperses himself from his group. Sublime good fortune. Dispersion leads to accumulation. This is something common people do not consider.

His loud cries disperse like sweat. Dispersion! A king remains without blame.
